How easy is easy?

We have just bought some brown rice. There were two sorts on the shelf. One was normal and the other was quick cook easy rice.
The instructions on the normal rice were as follows.
Wash rice under cold water then put into boiling water and simmer for 20 minutes.
The quick cook easy rice. Wash rice under cold water put into boiling water and simmer for 25 minutes,
Normal rice £1-30
Quick cook easy rice £1-34.
Did I miss something here?

i think the idea is for the numptys who don't pay enough attention to their shopping to get caught out paying for the dearer packet in order to save time with their 'quick cook' as they don't have time to check the differnces.

Ooops, I am one of those numptys that does just that.
